The dress is beautiful, customer service was excellent, she answered all my questions. Despite having measured myself 4 times according to their instructions, the dress was still way too big, now costing me double the dress and very tight on time.

O-H-M-Y-G-O-D! This was the best purchase that I did for my wedding! I can tell you this suit made the whole difference, I never looked more beautiful in my life!!! It wasn’t just a suit that I wore for my wedding, it was “THE SUIT”. The color, the texture, the delicacy, the fabric, the detail, the design… so many things that I can say. Also the COSTUMER SERVICE!!! Unona (which I’m sure it is not her name but the brand name) was so respectful, attentive and patience to ALL my requirements. She is a professional in the entire extension of the word. She really cares and understands how big and important this day is so even in my worst moments she knew exactly how to guide me. Zuerst war ich skeptisch, da ich eine PlusSize Größe brauchte aber nach dem Vermessen für die Maßanfertigung hatte ich ein sehr gutes Gefühl! Der Versand ging echt schnell und das Kleid ist sehr hochwertig gearbeitet! Ich musste nur noch die Länge kürzen lassen :)

Das Kleid ist wunderschön und passt perfekt. Das Material ist schön fest und hochwertig. Die Taschen sieht man leicht durch, aber auf Fotos fällt es nicht auf. Ich habe die maßangefertigte Größe genommen und es war die richtige Entscheidung. Der Kundenkontakt war sehr zuverlässig und Unona hat immer direkt nach wenigen Minuten auf meine Fragen geantwortet. Extrawünsche (das Einnähen von Cups) wurden auch erfüllt. Die Beschreibung der Größenmessung ist auch sehr verständlich mit Bildern. Ich habe das Kleid sehr kurzfristig fürs Standesamt benötigt und habe das Kleid sogar vor dem angekündigten Liefertermin erhalten. Dies ist garantiert nicht das letzte Kleid, was ich über Unona kaufen werde. Vielen Dank für dieses wunderschöne Traumkleid für meine standesamtliche Hochzeit❤️

I just tried my dress on and I absolutely love it! It is exactly as pictured. The seller immediately contacted me to assure my measurements were correct. It arrived on time, and in excellent condition. The seller was very nice and communicated well. I am so happy I chose to buy from this shop!

Absolutely gorgeous quality, super fast shipping. I would recommend going for custom size if you're short. I think that if I had gone for the regular width it would have overlapped the trousers waistband.
