The customer service was outstanding. I got the dress just in time to have some alterations and fitting before the wedding. The dress was romantic, classic, and of good quality.

The seller was the most responsive, helpful and attentive. I had some issues with the delivery because of my Etsy address book but seller was incredibly helpful and professional. I managed to get my parcel from my local post office and it was packed so beautifully. The dress is outstanding and it fits me perfectly as the seller made it with the measurements I provided. I was having a hard time deciding on the right length because of my heels but she was very helpful with that. I would recommend her to all of my friends getting married and will buy from her again if I ever need another wedding dress. I will post photos of me in the dress when I have more time.

The perfect dress for the wedding. Minimalistic yet I so elegant and beautiful. The dress was identical to one in the picture and made perfectly without any sloppiness. The customer service was attentive, flexible, and eager to help.

Contacted them all panicked as my wedding was nearing and the dress I had was a disaster, they were really helpful and made my dress incredibly fast and shipped it in less than a week after I ordered it. And having to make it quickly did not affect the quality at all, and they made sure to keep me updated throughout the whole process which I really appreciated. The dress is perfect and the quality is amazing, I can't thank you enough for saving my special day !

I hesitated giving 5 for a second because the sleeves are too long and loose but I can get them tailored. I ended up going ahead with the 5 because of how easy it was to order, give measurements and the constant communication throughout up to the moment it arrived. The dress fits me like a glove. I was hesitant to order a wedding dress online from a shop that I had never used but luckily my expectations were exceeded by Unona! Within a few minutes of my order, I was contacted by their friendly representative to confirm size and additional extras. It took just under a month from the date of my order until the dress reached me. The dress is absolutely gorgeous! It is well made out of good quality material. The material is nice and thick so it doesn’t show every lump or bump. I love the cut and shape of the dress. I’m so excited to wear it for my wedding! Beautiful and well made dress! Mine arrived ahead of the tracking which was a nice surprise. I will have to get top altered as I ordered a slightly bigger size forgetting that the hip measure is not really important with a flowing skirt

The highest-quality, most gorgeous top I could have asked for. I purchased this top for my senior prom and could not have been more thrilled with it. The fabric and construction of the piece were very sturdy but looked incredibly gentle and elegant. Absolutely stunning. My only note is to check shipping times! I am in the US and though it arrived on time, it cut it very close! My fault for not making sure I checked the shop’s policies and just trusting Etsy. But that aside, I was enamored with the top and would highly recommend it! It is beautiful and can be worn formal or casual and the quality certainly justifies the price a hundred times over. Thank you so much for this wonderful top!
