I think like everyone ordering a wedding dress without trying it on is terrifying but I definitely recommend it. Customer service is great and they were so prompt at responding to any concerns about delivery. The first photo is when the dress arrived, straight out of the box so it’s wrinkled still. The fit was pretty good but I needed the straps shortened and bust taken in a bit. Length was perfect! Other photos are from the wedding after alterations. I also changed the buttons to fabric as I didn’t like the glass ones. The fabric colour is great and it photographed really well, it had good movement, it’s a heavy fabric but doesn’t weigh you down. I was really happy with the dress! Turned out perfect and for a reasonable price.

My dress came out beautifully! I was scared to buy my wedding dress online not knowing what looks good on me. I’m so pleased with the result! The communication (even before putting in my order) was incredible! All my questions got quick answers. And god knows I had a lot many up until I got my dress delivered! I asked for a custom made dress with: * Puff sleeves (sent pict of the ones I wanted,chose the length and material) * Higher and tighter square neck * Higher back opening with added buttons * Removable tull petticoat All my requests were fulfilled and I am beyond grateful. The dress material is amazing, thick and shimmery yet soft and comfortable on the skin. This was my first time ordering on Etsy. I highly recommend Unonashop! 10/10! I wish more photos could be added to etsy’s reviews to show you the dress tho…
I am absolutely blown away by this dress. Of course I was a little worried ordering a wedding dress online but it fits like a dream and is made of great quality material. I can't say enough good things--I could have searched tons of bridal shops and not found one as perfect for me as this (and that price point, my god!). My mom and I both cried happy tears when I tried it on! Can't wait to wear this on my big day; if you're thinking about ordering a dress from this company, I wholeheartedly say go for it!

I perused Etsy for months before finding this shop and took a risk with custom measurements. I love the minimalistic design, and the overall dress feels just high quality (strap material and neck area delicate yet structured) and the skirt falls beautifully. It is exactly as pictured. I was worried I had gone a little short on the hem (planning to wear flats) and it is actually perfect. It will need absolutely no alterations and it arrived in a timely manner. Unona kept me updated throughout the process. I'm finally feeling excited about the wedding process!
I CANNOT say enough great things about this dress and this seller. First, I dumbly ordered the a dress in the wrong size without consulting the seller, but they were so quick to help me out and made sure the dress was perfect for me. Second, the dress quality is incredible. It has pockets which was such a plus. I did hem mine, due to personal preference. Truly such a beautiful dress and a great seller, already looking for another event to wear the dress at. If you are unsure of size, contact the seller and let them know your measurements! They will guide you to the right size and they reply so quick!
My dress arrived in just a month’s time from purchase to delivery! It fits me perfectly as I sent through custom measurements - I won’t need to have anything altered. Unona factory responded quickly to my messages and questions and even changed the material of the dress as part of my custom made order. I couldn’t be happier with the service or my dress and can’t wait to wear it at my wedding!
