Not what expected.
Love my dress!!!!
Very happy, the dress is so beautiful! I cannot wait to wear it :) Great quality and communication. Will just get it taken up slightly.
J’avais donné mes mensurations exactes et la robe est arrivée avec 10cm de tour de poitrine en trop (98cm au lieu de 88cm) Je me marie dans 3 semaines et il est donc trop tard pour faire la moindre réclamation. Je viens de l’emmener en urgence à un retoucheur local qui me prends 80€ pour la réajuster. Il faut démonter tout le bustier. Je suis très déçue pour la mise à la taille. Pour le reste la qualité et les finitions sont sublimes c’est vraiment dommage. Faites bien attention à ce que le fabricant ai bien compris vos mensurations et vérifie le travail avant livraison.
I love my dress so so much! I ordered a custom dress and I sent in all my measurements and it fits me absolutely perfectly. Such a seamless process and even arrived weeks early. I can’t wait to wear it on my wedding!
The dress is really stunning. Perfect for a classic minimalist look. I wore it for my court wedding. However, I was in between size 4 and 6 according to measurements, so ordered size 6 to be sure but it was too large and I had to have it tailored to my size. I also had to shorten it as I am only 165cm. Perfect communication during the sales process.
Beautiful dress, top quality and flawless sewing. Arrived in time and customer service is very helpful! I took the dress to a tailor for minor alterations, which wasn't really unexpected when buying a dress without trying it on first. The bodice is quite short/skirt starts quite high on the waist, so might not work for ladies with a long torso. The pockets can be seen through the skirt fabric, but it helps to add a petticoat. I added a light tulle petticoat, which also gives the skirt at bit lift. :-) Looking forward to wearing Vlada Midi for my wedding in a few weeks! I will go for Unona again for a party dress. <3
I originally was a bit hesitant to order my wedding dress online. However, the dress I chose was almost exactly what I was looking for at a very reasonable price compared to other dresses I had tried on in person. The customer service was unbelievably good. All my questions were answered very promptly, communication was never an issue and all my customization were incorporated without a large difference in price. The dress was packaged nicely and arrived without any issues. The quality of the dress was impeccable. I was concerned the dress would feel cheap however it definitely doesn’t. I was blown away by the overall process and would definitely recommend to those considering ordering from this store. I am so excited to wear my dress this summer!
This dress was perfect for my courthouse “wedding” & small reception. I love that I was able to provide my measurements from the start and when it arrived it fit like a glove. No alterations required! The material felt very expensive. It has a stretch to it which adds to comfort, but without looking cheap. The sells communicated with me throughout and made sure my dress arrived on time. Very satisfied!
The dress went beyond my expectations! It fit perfectly and the quality was quite amazing. I had to sew on the belt more securely as it came loose when I pulled on it when I received the dress. But this is so minor. I wore the dress to my city hall wedding. Hong Kong, the humidity in June was so bad but I felt very comfortable in my thick, fully-lined satin dress. Definitely not as hot and sweaty as I normally did when I wore polyester clothes. The pockets were so handy in keeping my phone and subway card too! Unona kept me updated on the status of the shipping. It really made me less anxious. Eventually, the wedding date was pushed to June. And the dress sat in its cloth bag for a month. It was so easy to steam out the creases too. I would definitely recommend buying your dress online here!

As most women have already said, ordering a wedding dress on line was something I struggled with. I like to feel the texture of the fabric. I also usually like to try something on first to see if it suits me. But I loved the look of this dress so much I thought I would give it a go. I sent off my measurement, after I had been sent clear guidance what and where to measure. The dress arrived 4 weeks later. It fitted perfectly and it looked just like I was hoping it would. I’m between a 12 and a 14 UK sizes. The finish is very neat and it is beautifully lined. I feel sophisticated and sexy in it. Customer service was 10 out of 10. No picture yet. Wedding on 2nd September. One very happy customer here. ( South Wales, UK) 🙏🏼😊
